The Owner

I am a former insurance executive from the USA. My interests include fitness, travel, languages (I speak Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and English) culinary and cultural studies, music and traditional architecture.  I first traveled to Colombia as a university student and immediately fell in love with the country, in particular its friendly people, incredibly diverse scenery, amazing year-round weather and the clear, beautiful Spanish that is spoken here.  Having traveled to over thirty countries, Medellín is my absolute favorite city.

The Guest Code of Conduct

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED;

–Loud noises; radio, TV, electronic devices, voices, etc.
–Use or possession of illegal drugs
–Abuse of alcohol
–Cigarette, Cigar, Marijuana smoking ANYWHERE on the premises
–Engaging in illicit activity
–Theft of any kind
–Misuse, vandalism or abuse of property in any way
–Unauthorized guests (all overnight guests must be pre-authorized and provide proper ID)

WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Discretion, sensitivity and respect for fellow guests and neighbors are expected at all times. Above items are examples of unwelcome behavior that could result in being evicted from the premises and partial or complete forfeiture of deposit monies.

CANCELLATION POLICY -Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to date of arrival can receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 8 and 30 days prior to date of arrival will be entitled to 50% refund of total cost. Cancellations within 8 days of arrival or less, will not be entitled to any refund.
